A flavorful recipe for baby back pork ribs, marinated overnight with a dry rub, baked until tender, and then finished with a brush of BBQ sauce under the broiler for caramelization.
If your ribs come with a membrane, be sure to remove it. Combine the rub ingredients (light brown sugar, ground mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, kosher salt, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper) in a bowl. Rub the ribs thoroughly with the prepared rub. Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil and let them rest in the fridge overnight. Preheat your oven. Place the wrapped ribs on a baking sheet and bake for 3 hours. After baking, remove the foil, brush BBQ sauce generously on top of the ribs, and place them in the broiler until the sauce is caramelized, about 5 minutes.
