Slow-Baked Baby Back Pork Ribs with Dry Rub
20 mins prepServes 10
This recipe features tender baby back pork ribs, seasoned with a flavorful homemade dry rub, slow-baked until fall-off-the-bone, and then finished with a sticky BBQ sauce under the broiler.
If your ribs come with a membrane, be sure to remove it. In a bowl, combine the light brown sugar, ground mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, kosher salt, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and black pepper to create the rub. Generously rub the ribs with the prepared rub. Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil and let them rest in the fridge overnight. The next day, place the wrapped ribs on a baking sheet and bake for 3 hours. After baking, remove the foil, brush BBQ sauce on top of the ribs, and place them in the broiler until the sauce is caramelized, about 5 minutes.
